Please first check in the calendar the list of tours the Congress offers you per day. Then, select the tour you are interested in reserving. By clicking on the selected tour, you will find usefulll information such as rates, a detailed description of the tour as well as the services included. To continue, click on the "BOOK NOW" button.
A new tab appears: please select once again the date you are interested in making a visit, then confirm the schedule. In order to proceed with the reservation, your personal data are requested (Name, First Name, Country and phone number). Please introduce the discount code ICM2015 in the “Do you have a discount code?” and SAVE. If you want to visit with an accompanying person, please click on ADD and fill out the details of the second visitor.
You will find all the tours you pre-booked in the “Cart” list. If you need to change the information, put the mouse over the tour and click on the edit or the delete button. Click on the Continue Button if you want to finalise your reservation. An email will be sent automatically to your email address informing you that your correctly registered. Please note that this email is not a confirmation of your reservation. Only once the payment is made, you will receive the valid receipt and confirmation letter.
Please Have your credit card at hand for completing your request and finalizing the tour reservation. Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation letter with the details of the tour and a receipt of the payment.
