Regular delegate and student fees include: welcome reception, access to all lectures, coffee breaks during the conference, Monday to Thursday lunch and Conference excursion and Gala Dinner. Rates for the conference are given in Euro and they include VAT.

Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception, access to all lectures, coffee breaks during the conference, and Monday to Thursday lunch. Fees do not include neither Conference excursion nor Gala Dinner. If you want an extra ticket for gala dinner, please contact with the Technical Secretariat, the price in 100,00 € per person. Rates for the conference are given in Euro and they include VAT.

Have your credit card at hand for completing your request. Payment by bank transfer also accepted.

Registration terms and conditions

The Congress Office must be notified in writing via e-mail or fax of a cancellation for all registers.
The following cancellation conditions apply;

· Cancellations before June 1st, 2015: full refund of the registration fee less Re-send costs.

· Cancellations before July 15th, 2015: full refund of the registration fee less 100 EUR handling fee.

· Cancellations after July 15th, 2015: no refund.
