Price:

Space of 6 sq.m. (3x2m): 2.100 € + VAT 21%

The exhibition space includes:

Space only (modular booth is not included)
Exhibitor passes
Inclusion of the name and logo of the exhibiting company in the website and book of abstracts (included in the pendrive distributed into the Conference Bag)

Exhibition set-up:

August, 30th 08:00h - 18:00h

Exhibition opening hours:

August, 31st to September, 4th 09:00h - 17:00h

Exhibition Dismantling:

September, 4th from 17:00h-20.00h


Allocation of the exhibition space:

Decisions regarding admission of exhibitors and exhibits as well as the allocation of space and the placement of booths are at the sole discretion of the Congress Organizer. However, the Congress Organizer will try to ensure that all exhibitor’s expectations and wishes are satisfied. The allocation of the stands/space will be made on a “first come - first served” basis.

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the total amount as a confirmation of the reservation.

• 50% remaining will be paid before June 1st 2015.

If the exhibiting company does not observe these terms, the Organizers may cancel the reserved space and rent it to another exhibiting company without being obliged to reimburse the deposit paid.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• From the organizers:
The Organizers may modify or cancel the exhibition if unforseen circumstances happen. In the event of a cancellation, the Organizers will reimburse the exhibiting company.

• From the exhibiting company:
In the event that the exhibiting company cancels its participation in the Congress, the exhibiting company must notify the Organizers in writing.

• Reimbursement for cancellations:
Before January 10th 2015 - 50% of the total amount
After January 10th 2015 - no reimbursement will be made
