If you have not already booked your accommodation in Barcelona, we highly recommend you to book through the Technical Secretariat in one of the official conference hotels.
In this sense Barceló Congress, as the Technical Secretariat of the Congress, offers you the possibility to book your accommodation in these hotels and benefit from the exclusive negotiated rates during the dates of Congress.

Rates are per room and night including breakfast and VAT (10%).
Tourist tax (4 star hotels: 1,21 €; 3-2 star hotels: 0,72 € per person and night) and any extra cost will have to be paid directly at the hotel reception at check-out.

Avoid Hotel Fraud
Fraudulent companies have been emailing our speakers / participants with room offers for the Congress. These company providers present themselves under names such as EHS (Exhibitors Housing Services) and promote attractive deals with local accommodation providers, but once payment has been received, the company disappears and can no longer be contacted by phone or email. Once the attendee contacts the hotel directly about their room, they realise the hotel has no record of them or their stay.
How to avoid fraud?
Do not only rely on the presence of the ECOSS 31 name and logo on accommodation providers’ websites, as our name and logo are being used unlawfully. The only accommodation company recommended by the ECOSS Society and authorised to use our name and logo is Barceló Congresos
