Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations on your registration and/or your hotel booking must be addressed to Barceló Congresos in writing.
Registration
- Delegates cancelling before March 20th will receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations from March 20th.
Accommodation
- For cancellations received before April 20th, there will be a full refund.
- For cancellations received April 21th or no shows, all booked nights are payable and will be charged. For reductions in the number of nights after this date, the nights reduced will be duly charged.
