Authors will be notified by email no later than February 20th, 2013, whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster Layout Poster size should be 95cm width x 150 cm high, in "portrait". (Poster board is 1m width x 2m high). No "landscape" poster will be accepted. Posters should be displayed on Monday 20th May from 09.00 and removed on Tuesday 21st May after the coffee-break.
Poster discussion Only a reduced number of posters has been accepted to be also presented. During the coffee break of May 21st (from 11h00 to 11h30), you will have 2-3 min. to present your poster in front of your poster board. A chairperson will lead the discussion.
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
Oral Communications are scheduled with 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
All speakers are required to download their presentation into the Speaker Ready Room (located next to the Auditorium) at least one hour before their lecture. You will be able to edit your presentation at this time. Once you are through reviewing your presentation and verify it is ready, technical personnel will queue your presentation. The file will then be transferred to the computer network at the meeting room.
