OPTION 1: Official Hotels
If you have not already booked your accommodation in Sitges, we highly recommend you to book through the Technical Secretariat in one of the official conference hotels.
In this sense Barceló Congress, as the Technical Secretariat of the Congress, offers you the possibility to book your accommodation in these hotels and benefit from the exclusive negotiated rates during the dates of Congress.

The prices are per night and incluse breakfast, 10% VAT and tourist tax.
Accommodation Cancellation
- · Cancellations received before 15th April 2015 will be fully refunded.
- · For cancellations received between 16th April 2015 and 15th May 2015, the deposit correspondent to one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- · For cancellations received from 16th May 2015 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
