Abstracts Submission

Guidelines for submitting abstracts

New Deadline for abstract submission: April 10th, 2015

Language: Abstracts must be written in English

Extension and structure: Abstracts cannot exceed 300 words, clearly stating the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.

Submission: All abstracts must be submitted online. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted

Authors’ Registration: All abstracts accepted and published must have a registered presenting author. Each presenting author can only present one abstract, but they can be co-authors for an unlimited number of abstracts

Authors and Affiliations: All authors must be shown with their full name and surname and the institution/organization they work for. City and country should also be included

Abstract Review: The Scientific Committee will be entitled to review the abstracts

Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official meeting publication
