Poster and Oral Communications
Poster presentation guidelines
If you are presenting a poster, the format should be in portrait lay out and the recommended size is A0 (841mm width x 1189mm height). No "landscape" posters will be accepted.
Posters will be divided in three two-hour sessions, as follows:
Tuesday 17th 16:00 to 18:00
Wednesday 18th 11:00 to 13:00
Thursday 19th 16:00 to 18:00
Each poster presentation will be displayed for the day of the poster schedule. Authors are kindly requested to be available for discussion of their work during the designated poster sessions. Posters should be installed in the morning and removed after the poster session (but no later than 19.00). Left over posters will be thrown away.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
If you are presenting an oral communication, you will have:
45 minutes for Keynotes Speakers
30 minutes for Plenary Speakers
25 minutes for Oral communications
Plus 5 minutes for Q&A. Please keep in mind the presentation time while preparing your presentation
