Registration


The registration fee for delegates includes: attendance to the scientific sessions and Industrial Workshop, congress documentation, coffee breaks, Welcome reception and Gala Dinner..

The registration fee for students includes: attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks and Welcome reception.

Industrial Workshop registration includes: attendance to the scientific and Industrial Workshop sessions on September 17 and coffee break.

Important note: The Gala Dinner is included in your registration fee. In order to guarantee a responsible organization of the ISFNT-11 resources, you are kindly requested to confirm attendance to the Gala dinner when registering to the symposium clicking the corresponding box or by e-mail until September 1st. Please note that Gala dinner confirmation is mandatory.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received before July 22nd there will be a full refund of the registration fee, less an administrative fee of 30€.
- For cancellations received after July 23rd no refund of the registration fee will be made.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter to get a visa, please send an e-mail to isfnt-11@barcelocongresos.com.
The e-mail should include the following information: first name, last name, institution, address institution and passport number.

- All prices displayed are per night and include breakfast, 10% VAT and tourist tax.
- Any additional costs will be at the client's own expense.
- Please note that in order to secure your reservation you will have to pay the deposit corresponding to one night accommodation according to the type of room. The balance due should be paid directly at the hotel upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received before June 10th, there will be a full refund of the deposit.
- For cancellations received between June 11th and August 10th no refund of the deposit will be made.
- For cancellations received from August 10th or no shows, all booked nights are payable and will
be charged. For reductions in the number of nights after this date, the nights reduced will be duly charged.
