The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and Gala Dinner.

The official hotel and conference venue is the NH Iruña Park. Please note that the published rates include breakfast and 10% VAT. To book your stay, full payment is required in advance.

Please note that the reserved services will not be confirmed until payment has been made. If after 14 days from the date of completion hasn’t received a copy of the bank transfer, automatically proceed with the cancellation of the services. Reservations by bank transfer will only be available until 24th September 2013, after this date will only be available the option of credit card.
Cancelation policy
Registration
- Cancellations or changes in registrations must be made by writing to BarceloCongresos via email to emno2013@barcelocongresos.com
- Onsite registrations will be accepted during the event days.
- Registrations canceled before30th August 2013will receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Registrations canceled after that date will not be refunded.
Accommodation
- Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by writing to BarceloCongresos, NOT to the hotel.
- Reservations canceled after31st July 2013 will receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Reservations canceled after 15th August 2013 will receive a refund of one hotel night.
- Cancellations of reservations complete or loose nights after 16th August 2013, won’t be any refund.
- After 15thSeptember 2013, in case of changes or no shows will be charged the entire reserved stay, the customer agrees to pay the amount
