• In order to secure your reservation a deposit equivalent to one night's stay will be charged to your credit/debit card. The outstanding balance should be paid directly to the hotel upon check out.
• In the event of cancellation before July 1st 2015, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
• In the event of cancellation between July 2nd 2015 and September 1st 2015, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
• In the event of cancellation between September 2nd 2015 and October 1st 2015, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
• In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from October 2nd 2015 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
All booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing to euroecho2015@barcelocongresos.com, not with the hotels.
For group bookings (10 or more rooms) different conditions apply. Please send an email to euroecho2015@barcelocongresos.com stating the number of rooms, category and preferred location and you will receive a list of options suitable to your requirements.
