Terms and Conditions

• In the event of cancellation before 30th May 2014, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
  
  

• In the event of cancellation between 31st May 2014 and 30th July 2014, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

• In the event of cancellation between 31st July 2014 and 15th August 2014, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from 16th August 2014 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.

All booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing toesc2014_hotelsindividual@barcelocongresos.com, not with the hotels.

For group bookings (10 or more rooms) different conditions apply. Please send an email to escgrouphotels@escardio.org stating the number of rooms, category and preferred location and you will receive a list of options suitable to your requirements.
