Cancellation Policy for Registration
*The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing (letter, email, and fax) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. As a rule, refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
-Cancellation before May 20, 2015: free of charge.
-Cancellation after May 21, 2015: no refund will be made.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
*Please note that all booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing

not with the hotels.
Hotel Crowne Plaza Barcelona - Fira Center and Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza - Pestana Arena Barcelona - Ayre Gran Via - HCC Lugano
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- For cancellations received before 10th January 2015
- no penalty will be applied
- For cancellations received between 11th January and 10th April 2015- one night will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- For cancellations received between 11th April and 15th June - two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any reduction of the stay will be duly charged.
- For cancellations received from 16th June - the whole stay will be charged.
Investigados Residence Hall and Torre Girona Residence Hall
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- For cancellations received before 15th April 2015- no penalty will be applied
- For cancellations received between 16th April and 15th May 2015- one night will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- For cancellations received between 16th May and 15th June 2015- a penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be charged. Any reduction of the stay will be duly charged.
- For cancellations received from 16th June - the whole stay will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Transfers
* Any change or cancellation should be sent in writing to Toni Quesada: traslados@transferclass.com The following cancellation conditions apply:
-Cancellation before 36 hours prior to the service: free of charge.
-Cancellation between 36 and 24 hours prior to the service: a penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be charged.
-Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the service: no refund will be made.
