Registration Cancellation
-Delegates cancelling before May 31st, 2015 will receive a refund minus a 50€ administration fee.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations from May 31st, 2015. Please, bear in mind that a name change is allowed and that people who cancel or change the name may request the congress documentation.
Accommodation Cancellation
- Cancellations received before 28th April will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations received between 29th April and 27th May, the deposit correspondent to one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- For cancellations received from 28th May or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Transfer Cancellation

The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation before 36 hours prior to the service: free of charge.
- Cancellation between 36 and 24 hours prior to the service: a penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the service: no refund will be made.
